Now You're Getting It: Persecuted

We finish our journey through the Beatitudes by meditating on Jesus' words on persecution. When we become a Kingdom People who live in the way described in the Beatitudes, we might think things will start going great for us. But yet, this week we discover that just when we do things right, just when we start getting it, that's when persecution comes in.
