Nobody Expects the Resurrection

Two disciples on the road to Emmaus...both depressed that Jesus isn't with them...until they find out he was with them all along! Today's Gospel lesson is one in doubting, which unfortunately is not reserved just for Thomas or these two disciples or even the rest of the eleven Apostles. It's also a lesson we need to learn today. We might not be expecting God to work through our darkest times, but we need to learn He's working even then.
